About Maree Winters Reflexology

My name is Maree Winters I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and a registered member of NRRI. I am also Insured with Brian Mullins Insurance Brokers. I am based at Kilglass Ahascragh Ballinasloe Co Galway H53 XV78. I offer a mobile service if required. I started studying Reflexology in 2021. I was first introduced to reflexology while suffering from a frozen shoulder that had me in constant pain. It was the day of the treatment that I found myself wanting to know more about reflexology. So here I am living my life and doing what I am passionate about. Reflexology has opened me up to a whole new world of holistic lifestyle. I am loving each and every day. My main goal is to make my clients aware of self healing by relaxation through breathing; contemplation with meditation and creating positive emotions that will have an good impact on the endorphins, often called 'happy hormones'. Furthermore to help my clients realise holistic therapies of all kind including Reflexology may also be a solution to many health problems and conditions.
